Delights of Cornwall
Cornwall is justifiably one of Britain’s most visited counties and it’s easy to see why Atlantic breakers pound the rocky cliffs of its stunningly beautiful coastline. Charming, colourful fishing villages and smugglers haunts contrast with the delightful inland countryside and interesting towns. Cornwall is privileged to have an unusually mild climate making it an ideal holiday destination. Our tour is centred in St. Agnes, a charming village north of Truro, perched on a hillside overlooking Trevaunance Cove.

Your Itinerary
Saturday 24th: We travel via the motorways through Devon and into Cornwall arriving in St. Agnes for check-in at the Rosemundy House.
Sunday 25th: A ‘Cornish Circular’ tour today as we travel to Falmouth, a busy deep water harbour town, from sub-tropical hideaways to more formal flower parks. Falmouth has a great variety of parks on offer. We return to our hotel via St. Michael’s Mount.
Monday 26th: A full day at the Eden Project, an exciting attraction where you can explore your relationship with nature, learn new things and get inspiration about the world around you. As soon as you enter the Med Biome you’ll be greeted by those wonderful holiday scents of the Med. Trek through the steamy rainforest in the world’s largest conservatory, seeing how chocolate grows, where sugar comes from and what a cola tree looks like.
Tuesday 27th: This morning we travel to Cornwall’s only city, Truro, with time for shopping and sightseeing. Truro’s most striking feature is the Cathedral, with its green spire and gothic appearance. Built at the turn of the century it dominates the Truro skyline with its 250 foot high towers.
Wednesday 28th: We travel the short distance to the popular seaside resort of Newquay, surrounded by eleven magnificent beaches. Stroll along the many coastal paths affording stunning views, browse the souvenir shops or take a stroll down to the picturesque harbour
