Wales coast, arriving at our welcoming hotel in Llandudno. Our holiday begins
with a day at leisure to explore the timeless charm of Llandudno. Stroll
along the promenade, browse the town centre’s independent shops, or
ride the Great Orme Tramway or cable car to the summit for breathtaking
coastal views. We visit the historic town of Conwy, where the imposing
13th-century walls, guarded by 22 towers, still encircle a lively harbour
and quaint streets. After time to explore, we cross the Menai Bridge to the
Isle of Anglesey to discover the beautifully restored Plas Cadnant Hidden Gardens,
a secluded sanctuary with cascading pools, lush planting, and peaceful woodland paths. We
conclude our tour with a full day at Portmeirion, an extraordinary coastal
village famed for its colourful architecture and whimsical design. Created
by Sir Clough Williams-Ellis, this enchanting place blends fantasy and
beauty in a unique setting. The village is home to elegant gardens, boutique
shops, galleries, and glorious estuary views.
