Monday 21st: We leave home this morning and head towards Yorkshire. After stopping for lunch we continue to the hotel, arriving later this afternoon.
Tuesday 22nd: We begin this morning with an exclusive guided tour of Helmsley Walled Garden, the garden rooms will be ablaze with colour. We finish with coffee and a scone before travelling to Thirsk where we spend leisurely time exploring the World of James Herriot, home of the famous vet and the inspiration for the film and TV adaptation of All Creatures Great & Small.
Wednesday 23rd: Enjoy a relaxing morning in the lovely Victorian spa town of Harrogate. Visit the Royal Pump Room Museum, perhaps the Turkish Baths or the famous Betty’s Tea Rooms. This afternoon we visit RHS Garden Harlow Carr, where we can stroll along the lush streamside walk, admire the herbaceous borders and relax in the sweet, scented gardens.
Thursday 24th: Today we visit the incomparable Castle Howard. One of England’s finest historic houses, Castle Howard is more like a palace, this opulent country house is situated within idyllic sweeping parkland dotted with statues, temples, lakes and beautiful gardens.
Friday 25th: We leave the hotel this morning, after taking a leisurely break for lunch, we continue to home, arriving later this afternoon.

Cedar Court Hotel, Harrogate
