Monday 27th:We set off for the coast, arriving in the charming resort town of Llandudno during the afternoon. Settle into the hotel and take in your first views of the sweeping bay and promenade.
Tuesday 28th: Enjoy a relaxing day exploring Llandudno at your own pace. Take a gentle stroll along the wide promenade, browse the shops in the bustling town centre, or ride the cable
car to the summit of the Great Orme for breathtaking views across the bay.
Wednesday 29th: After breakfast, we head to the nearby medieval town of Conwy. Walk the remarkably preserved town walls – stretching over threequarters of a mile and punctuated by 22 towers – considered among the finest in the world. This afternoon, we cross the Menai Bridge onto the Isle of Anglesey to explore the enchanting Plas Cadnant Hidden Gardens, a true horticultural gem tucked away in a picturesque valley.
Thursday 30th: We travel to the whimsical Italianate village of Portmeirion, famously featured in the 1960s cult TV show The Prisoner. Designed by Sir Clough Williams-Ellis, the village is a dreamlike blend of pastel-coloured buildings, lush gardens, coastal vistas, and architectural surprises at every turn.
Friday 1st: We bid farewell to Llandudno after breakfast and enjoy a relaxed drive home, with a stop for lunch en route.
