York City Break
This short tour offers ample time to uncover the many treasures of historic
York. From the awe-inspiring York Minster to its wealth of museums, ancient castles,
and charming shops, you’ll find yourself spoilt for choice. Whether you’re a history
buff, a culture lover, or a keen shopper,this city break promises something
special for everyone.

Your Itinerary

Friday 20th: We leave this morning for York via
Harrogate, after a stop with time to wander and
have a spot of lunch we continue to our hotel.
Saturday 21st: Today is free for you to discover
York. There’s so much to see and do in York, visit
the cobbled streets of the ‘Shambles’ with its
quaint little shops, York Minster, Jorvik Viking
Centre or the fascinating Railway Museum.
Sunday 22nd: Another free day to explore York
or alternatively, join the coach for a full day circular
tour, firstly to Scarborough for time to explore the
seaside town, then on to Whitby with its quayside
and little streets displaying their unique character
and picturesque charm.
Monday 23rd: We depart after breakfast and
head for home via the Peak District making a stop
at one of the many pretty towns along the route.
