Monday 24th: Leaving home this morning, we travel to Loch Lomond
National Park, arriving late afternoon at the Crianlarich Hotel. Tonight,
we enjoy our first evening of entertainment.
Tuesday 25th: This morning, we drive to Fort William, where there is plenty
of time to explore and marvel at the beautiful surroundings of the town.
Perhaps visit the West Highland Museum where you can learn the history of
this region. Later we head south to Ballachulish Visitor Centre where we can
stretch our legs and perhaps pick up a souvenir. A second evening of
entertainment is planned for your enjoyment.
Wednesday 26th: Our day takes us through the National Park, past forests
and mountains until we reach Perth where you are free to admire and enjoy
the city. Perth boasts an array of outstanding monuments, galleries, museums,
parks and a pedestrian city centre. Our return journey takes us via Loch
Katerine and the little town of Callender. We enjoy a further evening of
entertainment.
Thursday 27th: We head through the Scottish countryside to the west
coast of Scotland where we stop at Oban for the day. You will find a huge
variety of independent stores, the Oban Distillery and St. Columba’s Cathedral,
all worth a visit. After our day in Oban, we make our way back through the
Scottish hills until we reach our hotel. After dinner, we enjoy a final evening
of entertainment.
Friday 28th: Time to leave Scotland, beginning our journey after breakfast,
we will take a break for lunch before we continue on our way, arriving home
later in the day.
