Our first excursion takes us to Wells, England’s smallest city, steeped in charm and medieval architecture.
Marvel at the spectacular Wells Cathedral, home to the famous 14th century astronomical clock, and
explore the tranquil Bishop’s Palace with its moat and gardens. Next, we head to the ever-popular
Weston-Super-Mare, a traditional seaside resort with a long sandy beach, level promenade perfect for
strolling, and the nostalgic Grand Pier. Explore the lively town centre, dotted with independent shops,
welcoming cafés, and sea-view bars. Midweek, we soak up the atmosphere of Frome, a creative and
vibrant town best known for its thriving market scene. We visit on market day to enjoy a wide array
of artisan stalls and quirky shops nestled along its cobbled streets. Later, we stop at the mystical
town of Glastonbury, where legend, spirituality, and history meet. Famous for its Abbey ruins, Tor,
and alternative culture. On our final day, we travel through the countryside to the beautifully preserved
village of Dunster, one of the most complete medieval villages in England, nestled between the hills
of Exmoor and the Somerset coast. Enjoy time to wander its ancient streets and admire Dunster Castle,
set high on a wooded hill. We finish with a visit to Minehead, a classic West Country seaside town with
a long sandy beach, charming old harbour, and lively town centre full of character.

Day 1: Leisurely drive to Somerset, arriving later in the afternoon.
Day 2: The little city of Wells & seaside resort of WestonSuper-Mare.
Day 3: Market Day visit to Frome followed by mystical Glastonbury.
Day 4: Medieval Dunster & traditional Minehead.
Day 5: Relaxing drive home with a stop for lunch.
